Main Ingredients

Method

  1. Sieve flour, salt and sugar together. Add yeast.
  2. Dissolve margarine in lukewarm water and add to flour mixture.
  3. Mix well and knead for 15 minutes.
  4. Cover with a cloth and stand in awarm place for an hour.
  5. Divide dough into 8 portions and mould into balls.
  6. Brown in cooking oil until dough balls sound hollow when tapped.
  7. Serve with canned PnP chakalaka.
